At African Agribusiness Consortium (AAC), farming has never been our sole objective. From the beginning, our goal has been to do agriculture differently by adopting smarter, sustainable methods such as Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD), investing in mechanization, and building systems that create lasting impact.

A key part of this journey has been the role of women in leadership. At AAC, women head both our Mechanization and Agro-inputs departments, and across our social impact initiatives, women’s empowerment remains a clear priority.

This vision is championed by our CEO, Dr. Mrs. Adelaide Araba Siaw Agyepong, whose commitment to innovation and inclusion continues to shape AAC’s work. Her leadership was recently celebrated at the Ghana Impact Awards, where AAC was recognized for contributions to sustainable agribusiness, food security, and women empowerment.

We extend our appreciation to the organizers of the Ghana Impact Awards for this recognition. It affirms not only the direction AAC has chosen but also the values that Dr. Mrs. Adelaide Araba Siaw Agyepong embodies vision, impact, and inclusive growth.
