She served as an administrative assistant for the Electricity Company of Ghana (1995–2001), carefully examining the organizational frameworks and managerial approaches as a basis for her professional development.
Mrs. Agyepong founded CYNJOSCO Ventures, which acted as a springboard for the formation of three more businesses over the next fifteen years. She is the owner of the following businesses: Haven Events, Haven Christian Guest House, and Haven Trading are all part of Haven Crystal Services established in 2005. Haven Crystals Travel and Tour in 2018 (Travel and Tour Company of the Year 2021 by the GlobalBusiness and Entrepreneurship Summit), Shiloah Meat & FisheriesLtd (2020) and Haven Realties, areal estate development business.
In 2006, she was named Strategic Advisor to Zoomlion Ghana Limited, a behemothin Ghana’s waste management and environmental sanitation market. Mrs. Agyepong was also instrumental in the Company’s development into other African countries.
She believes in creating a strong foundation for youngsters in order to safeguard their future. Her mothering convictions and compassion for children inspired the establishment of Liberty American School in 2013, which has since been renamed American International School (AIS) owing to reforms. A crucial component of the school is the chance for each student to mature and acquire strong moral and ethical ideals that will secure their success in life.
Mrs. Adelaide Agyepong noticed an urgent need in 2014 to give comprehensive support to society’s less fortunate and underprivileged, which gave birth to the Liberty House Foundation. The Foundation’s primary recipients are widows and needy students. The foundation gives educational scholarships and vocational training to its beneficiaries while also instilling Christian values in them. She received the West African Nobles Forum Award for her humanitarian efforts in support of this cause.
Mrs. Agyepong is a lifelong learner who excels both on the work and in the classroom. She obtained a professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK) after finishing her ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels in 1991 and 1993, respectively, at Nungua Secondary School and Accra Academy. She has a BScHuman Resource Management First Class Honours and LLB (GIMPA), as well as an MBA Finance from Liberty University, USA. She is a member of the Ghana Institute of Directors (IOD), an OmniBSIC bank board member, the CEO of Asian African Consortium (AAC), and CEO and board member of AIS. Mrs. Agyepong has attended several conferences, including the Association of International Schools in Africa Conference for School Owners 2014, the CEO Accelerator Program 2021, the annual Jospong Group Leadership Conference. She recently spoke on a panel at the Kennedy School of Law and Havard African Law Association’s 2023 African Caucus.
