From Education to Impact

A few days ago, we welcomed our RUDN scholars home to Ghana. What followed was a purposeful week of exposure, leadership, reflection and preparation for the work ahead.

The scholars visited our AAC farm at Torgome and several Jospong Group companies, giving them a broader understanding of the Group’s operations and impact.

We also gathered for a Thanksgiving Service, giving God thanks for His faithfulness and protection throughout their academic journey.

A major highlight was our engagement with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, where Hon. Eric Opoku announced the allocation of 750 acres of irrigated land at Konadu in the Afram Plains to AAC for a vegetable production hub.

Through an orientation session and participation in the Global Leadership Summit, the scholars were encouraged to connect their knowledge with leadership, purpose, service and national development.

We are now working to secure suitable internship placements as they prepare to contribute to agricultural and environmental projects.

What began as an investment in education must now become an investment in national development.

By the grace of God, the journey has only begun.
