It was a great honour to receive the CSR Personality of the Year – Agribusiness award at the 2nd Edition CSR & Sustainability Leadership Awards 2026. I am equally proud that African Agribusiness Consortium Ltd. was recognised with the CSR Excellence in Agribusiness & Food Security Award.

These awards are not just a celebration of what has been achieved—they are a reminder of the responsibility ahead. We must continue to build businesses that create opportunities, strengthen communities, improve livelihoods, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

I am grateful to the organisers for this recognition and to the dedicated AAC team whose commitment continues to make this vision a reality.

My hope is that more leaders will see corporate social responsibility not simply as a business obligation, but as a practical way to serve others and create lasting impact.
